| TOM DJLL has been using the trumpet as a synthesizer
since 1978. He augments it from time to time with Serge electronics and
live interactive sampling. He has studied at the Berklee School of Music
the Colorado College, Creative Music Studio, and Mills College and has worked
with Pauline Oliveras, William Winant, George Lewis, "Blue" Gene
Tyranny, and Splatter Trio. He has recorded on ReR Quarterly V. 3, #3, (Y)Earbook,
V.3 (Rastascan), Wavelength/Infinity-A Sun Ra Tribute (Rastascan), Mutootator
(Soul on Rice), and Chris Brown's Lava (Tzadijk). |
